Job summary

Firmdale Hotels is seeking a Minibar Attendant at Warren Street Hotel in New York. You will stock, itemize, rotate and clean minibars daily, handling inventory and guest charges with accuracy and courtesy. The role requires attention to detail and excellent service in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food and beverage, including wine/champagne is a plus.
• Experience using POS systems (Micros).
• Willingness to work AM/PM shifts, weekdays, weekends and holidays.
• Keen attention to detail and workspace organization.
• Ability to track inventory and place orders.
• Punctuality and personal responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Stock, itemize, and clean guest room minibars daily.
• Take inventory and process guest charges for consumed items.
• Ensure rotation and presentation of minibar products.
• Communicate issues or discrepancies to management.
• Promote Firmdale Hotels and upsell where appropriate.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Follow allergy and safety procedures at all times.
