Neiman Marcus Bal Harbour is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to support daily store operations, stock, receiving, order fulfillment and merchandise handling to enhance sales and customer experience.

You will report to the RPSO Manager and help with transfers, freight processing, reticketing, and inventory control while maintaining merchandise standards. A 1+ year retail background and basic MS Office skills are required; the role may require evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound/outbound freight.
• Fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store orders.
• Complete merchandise placements to ensure standards are followed.
• Reticketing, price changes, signs and movement of product.
• Inventory control, back stocking and stockroom upkeep.
• Assist with in-store events and activations under supervision.
