Job summary

Greenwich Medical Spa (GMS) is seeking a MedSpa Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our aesthetic practice, ensuring policies and plans are executed within our Five-Star Service Standards.

You will open/close the medspa, maintain front-area operations, and collaborate with HR on the employee lifecycle while coaching staff and ensuring HIPAA compliance and excellent client care.

Qualifications

• Superior interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to motivate and influence team members.
• Must be able to solve problems independently and work with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the medspa.
• Maintain reception area, transaction counter and retail displays.
• Partner with Human Resources on employee lifecycle matters.
• Coach, mentor and train staff as needed.
• Manage staff scheduling and ensure licensure/training compliance.
• Set expectations and conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews.
• Maintain inventory of medical, spa and office supplies.
• Reconcile bank statements with daily sales reports.
• Coordinate contracted services (housekeeping, linens, pest control, machines).
• Ensure clinicians chart consents and HIPAA forms in patient charts.
• Serve as the medspa marketing representative in the community.
