Job summary

Oceana Luxe Med Spa in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a results-driven Lead Specialist to convert inbound inquiries into booked consultations and memberships. This on-site role rewards high-energy, polished phone conversations and a luxury-brand experience.

You will work with a trained clinical team, use CRM/EMR tools, and earn base pay of $15–$20 per hour plus a monthly bonus up to $500. PTO after probation and continuing education are part of the package.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in inside sales or high-volume phone-based roles.
• Experience selling luxury services and premium brands.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
• Medical Assistant training or background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound inquiries into booked consultations and memberships.
• Close membership and package sales with financing options.
• Follow up with every unconverted lead within 24 hours (phone/text/email).
• Manage CRM/EMR pipeline with same-day accuracy to maximize revenue.
• Confirm appointments and perform pre-visit outreach to maximize show rates.
