Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations focused on understanding aesthetic goals, concerns, and desired outcomes.
• Present appropriate treatment options, packages, memberships, and skincare products based on client needs and provider-approved recommendations.
• Convert consultations into treatment bookings, packages, and membership enrollments.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales, conversion, retention, and revenue goals.
• Follow up with prospective clients, unsold consultations, and existing clients to generate repeat business.
• Identify opportunities to increase client lifetime value through treatment plans, package upgrades, and complementary services when appropriate.
