Qualifications

• Current and valid massage therapy license in New York.
• Spa/wellness setting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas.
• Able to perform massages with a ten-minute turnaround between appointments.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage therapy treatments to guests.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of linens, oils, and equipment.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and welcoming treatment environment.
• Educate guests on treatment benefits and aftercare.
• Maintain accurate treatment records with confidentiality.
• Coordinate scheduling with front desk and Therapies Attendants.
• Follow sanitation and safety standards per policy and local regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain licensure and skills.
• Uphold Bathhouse brand standards with exceptional guest service.
