The Luxury Marketing Specialist (LMS) will support initiatives set by Directors, Luxury Marketing Managers, and Coldwell Banker Global Luxury leadership. Responsibilities include managing and producing marketing assets for program growth, supporting brand image, and assisting multiple offices with engagement efforts.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Market Location: AZ, UT, and CO
2. Enhance Global Luxury Program Engagement: Promote program benefits, drive adoption of luxury certification, share success stories, and support agent engagement.
3. Support to Sales Associates: Collaborate with top agents, support marketing needs, analyze campaigns, and document communications. Provide reports bi-monthly.
4. Support to Leadership: Liaise with local management, assist in VIP and retention activities.
5. Leverage National Studio & Design Services: Coordinate creative projects, ensure cohesion across regions, and track/report projects.
6. Awareness & Events: Coordinate promotional assets, attend product launches, and stay informed on marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Work from home environment suitable
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
