Ardmore Home Design in Missouri is seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager across all brands and initiatives. You will help plan, schedule, and track seasonal marketing launches, catalogs, photoshoots, and press loans, ensuring on-time delivery and brand consistency.

This role requires cross-functional coordination with Product Development, Production, Marketing, Creative, PR, and Sales, with on-site collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of project or production management experience in a marketing team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Monday.com preferred).
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfortable working with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and tracking across seasonal launches.
• Maintain production calendars, timelines, task lists, and status updates.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product Development, Production, Marketing, Creative, PR, and Sales.
• Assist with catalogs, lookbooks, and printed materials production.
• Coordinate with advertising assets and press loans as needed.
• Attend photoshoots on-site to support processes.
