You will partner with Sales to build a steady pipeline of high-quality leads and raise awareness among affluent clients on the West Coast.

This hands-on role requires strategy and execution across brand, digital, events, and content, with strict disclosure controls and CEO approval for external messaging.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in luxury, premium, or high-net-worth client-facing industries.
• Experience executing full-funnel marketing—from brand awareness to lead generation and sales enablement.
• Proven ROI measurement for digital campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience planning and executing high-touch events for affluent audiences.
• Experience as a sole marketer or in a small team requiring hands-on execution.
• Ability to navigate disclosure guidelines and coordinate with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Brand strategy & management: build a premium brand identity and ensure consistency across channels.
• Digital marketing & content: lead SEO/SEM, social, email, and content creation with ROI focus.
• Event marketing: plan high-touch events and coordinate with sales for lead capture and follow-up.
• Lead generation & sales alignment: own the marketing pipeline and provide templates and playbooks.
• Market intelligence & localization: monitor competition and tailor territory initiatives.
• Compliance & disclosure: ensure CEO-approved information and maintain an audit trail for external comms.
