Nemacolin invites you to join as a Lodging Operations Intern for a 12-week rotational experience across PBX, Front Desk, Doorman and Butler Services, gaining firsthand insight into the luxury guest journey in a Forbes- and AAA-rated environment.

You will develop communication, service excellence and operational skills while collaborating with seasoned hospitality professionals, with rotations designed to prepare you for a career in luxury hospitality and resort leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a bachelor’s degree program in Hospitality Management or a related discipline, with a minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Fluency in English is required, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact confidently and professionally with guests, members, and associates.
• Continuous authorization to work in the U.S. for the duration of the internship.
• Ability to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to completing the consecutive 12-week internship and participating fully in all assigned rotations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate with guests across PBX and Front Desk to ensure seamless experiences.
• Learn rotations across PBX, Front Desk, Doorman, and Butler Services to understand the guest journey.
• Support personalized stays by anticipating preferences and coordinating requests.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to move guest requests smoothly.
• Gain exposure to lodging technology, reservation processes, and guest-service tools.
