Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lodging operations across three lodge locations and off-property units.
• Ensure consistent service standards, guest experiences, and resort-quality presentation.
• Rotate between lodges and off-ranch properties to meet operational needs.
• Coordinate with maintenance and operations on repairs, PM, and capital projects.
• Monitor inventory and purchasing of lodging, housekeeping, and guest amenities.
• Maintain brand standards of luxury, hospitality, and presentation.
