Job summary

Swickard Auto Group’s Mercedes-Benz of Marin is seeking a Courtesy Vehicle Coordinator to oversee the loaner fleet and ensure a premium, guest-facing service experience. You will coordinate loaner check-outs/returns, verify guest information, and maintain accurate records while representing a luxury brand.

Experience in administrative, customer service, or fleet coordination is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Manage the courtesy vehicle fleet and loaner assignments to support service schedules.
Process loaner agreements with guest information, insurance docs, and paperwork at check-out/return.
Inspect vehicles for condition, fuel, and mileage; ensure cleanliness and presentation.
