PaulsCorp/DRR is seeking a Leasing Professional for our brand-new luxury lease-up community in Colorado. You will show apartments, process applications, and deliver exceptional customer service while coordinating maintenance and ensuring a positive resident experience.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 2 years of leasing experience, strong MS Office skills, and a flexible schedule including weekends. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a strong growth path in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Two years or less of leasing experience preferred.
• Experience in property management or leasing a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open the office and ensure model/vacant apartments are show-ready.
• Show apartments, process applications, and explain lease terms.
• Deliver impeccable customer service and respond to resident concerns.
• Coordinate property maintenance and resolve resident issues.
• Conduct move-in inspections and assist with lease renewals.
