Qualifications

• One year of customer service, sales, or property management experience.
• Great with people and excellent communication, both in person and over the phone.
• Good computer skills and ability to navigate software.

Responsibilities

• Leasing and marketing for Waterford Place luxury community.
• Manage social media content creation and online engagement.
• Maintain resident relations and promote the Hills brand.
• Develop relationships with local businesses for cross-promotion.
• Assist with applications, leases and related processes.
• Plan and execute resident events to enhance the resident experience.
