HILLS Properties is seeking a self-motivated Sales & Marketing Professional to join Island Club, our luxury apartment community in Maineville, Ohio. This hourly, full-time role offers weekday flexibility with some weekend work and includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

You will drive leasing efforts, manage social media content, and deliver exceptional resident relations while collaborating with a team focused on excellence and accountability.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or property management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good computer skills and ability to navigate software.
• Great with people and detail oriented.

Responsabilités

• Showcase Hills lifestyle through product knowledge and promotion.
• Generate engagement on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest).
• Maintain customer loyalty and brand reputation via professional communication.
• Build and nurture a prospect pipeline with personalized outreach.
• Handle applications, leases and related processes.
• Plan resident events and partner with local businesses.
