D.c.-Global-Talent-Inc. seeks a Laundry Manager for a boutique luxury resort in the Caribbean. You will oversee a local, tenure-strong team of 12, report to the Executive Housekeeper, and ensure linens and uniforms meet ultra‑high service standards in a premium property.

The position offers base salary of $35,000–$40,000 per year plus a housing allowance, relocation assistance and an expat package. The resort is currently closed for renovations and will reopen in October with multi‑phase

Qualifications

• Experience as Laundry Manager or strong Assistant Laundry Manager ready to step up.
• Proven ability to lead a tenured local team.
• Experience in high-standards luxury laundry operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day linens and uniforms processing to luxury standards.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a local team.
• Coordinate with Executive Housekeeper and Rooms division.
