You will handle dishwashing, trash, and floor upkeep, operate and monitor the dish machine, report malfunctions, and collaborate with cooks, staff, and management. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.

• Assist with kitchen cleaning and prep as needed; work with cooks and staff.
• Uphold Health and Sanitation standards per Neiman Marcus and local authorities.
