Job summary

Interior Talent is seeking a Kitchen Design Specialist for a luxury showroom in Miami, FL. You will create floor plans and renderings from concept sketches, leveraging CAD/3D tools to present premium solutions aligned with brand aesthetics.

Responsibilities include engaging with designers, architects, developers, and clients to drive design sales. A CKD background and strong knowledge of building codes and residential/commercial design are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Kitchen Design or related).
3-5 Years of Experience (Kitchen Design CKD).
Familiar with commercial and residential design.
Strong knowledge of building codes and CAD/related design tools.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Willingness to travel up to 10% for client meetings and site visits.
Proven track record of attaining maximum sales results through design and client interactions.
Experience knowledge of cabinet industry and studio market.

Responsibilities

Create floor plans and renderings from concept sketches showcasing the company’s brands.
Collaborate with diverse clientele including designers, architects, developers, marketers, retailers, and customers.
Engage clients with persuasive guidance to make products their top choice.
Report to the Manager and contribute to luxury showroom standards.
