You will uphold strict food safety standards, train junior staff, and help maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced kitchen. The role requires leadership and reliability in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in English, spoken and written.
• Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation and HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes.
• Ensure all kitchen stations are set up before service.
• Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff.
• Implement HACCP for safe food handling, processing, and storage.
• Foster positive guest relations in dining areas.
• Report food quality concerns to minimize waste.
• Cover Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef when absent.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
