Job summary

Ana Luisa, a Brooklyn-based e-commerce jewelry brand, seeks a refined Stylist to deliver a high-touch, client-focused retail experience. This role blends sales performance, storytelling, and elevated service to nurture lasting client relationships.

The Stylist will bring the collection to life through styling, maintain visual standards on the sales floor, and support daily operations with precision, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably jewelry or luxury.
• Strong sales acumen with a client-first mindset.
• Polished communication and an intuitive sense of style.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented and performance-driven.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Open Fri/Sat/Sun and two 4-hour shifts Mon-Thu.

• Deliver a personalized, high-touch client experience that reflects the brand’s elevated service standards
• Drive individual and team sales performance, consistently exceeding targets and KPIs
• Bring the collection to life through thoughtful styling and product storytelling
• Cultivate lasting client relationships to build loyalty and repeat business
• Contribute to in-store events and brand activations that enhance visibility and community
• Maintain impeccable visual standards and a polished, inviting sales floor
• Execute transactions, client requests, and daily operations with precision and care
