Job summary

Jared is seeking a General Manager to own the total store experience at a Jared Jewelry location. You’ll lead an elevated customer experience, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence with a focus on luxury service, culture, and results.

You’ll develop talent, coach teams, and partner with District Management to align on brand standards and strategic initiatives. This role offers opportunities to build a destination experience and advance your leadership career within Signet Jewelers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail sales experience, or 2+ years sales experience with 1+ year of management experience.
• Specialty retail and/or jewelry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team to results through coaching, accountability, and execution.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize, resolve conflict, and drive results in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Own total store performance including sales, profitability, operations, and customer experience.
• Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and activate strategies that improve performance.
• Protect profitability through payroll, inventory, compliance, and operational discipline.
• Ensure consistent execution of visual standards, launches, and promotional priorities.
• Create a culture centered around luxury service, relationship-building, and customer confidence.
• Set expectations for appointment culture, clienteling, follow-up, and personalized selling experiences.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing talent.
• Create a coaching culture rooted in accountability, recognition, and growth.
• Develop future leaders through intentional feedback and development planning.
