Qualifications

• Customer service experience may substitute part of sales experience.
• Fluency in English is required; bilingualism is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop authentic relationships with customers and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Cultivate product knowledge and communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Maintain customer information and engage with existing and potential customers.
• Inspect and advise on jewelry and timepiece repairs as needed.
