Job summary

Ben Bridge Jeweler in University Village seeks a full-time luxury store sales professional with fine jewelry and/or watch sales experience. You will engage customers, present merchandise with enthusiasm, and build lasting relationships in a small, close-knit team where every interaction creates a memorable experience.

The schedule is 32–40 hours weekly with nights and weekends; compensation is $22.00-$24.00 per hour plus monthly sales bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of selling experience in retail, or 3+ years of customer service with education.
• Excellent listening and verbal skills; fluent in English; bilingual a plus.
• Flexible with schedule including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop authentic relationships with customers and provide personalized recommendations.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and explain features/benefits.
• Maintain customer data and follow up with clients.
• Inspect and advise on jewelry and timepiece repairs.
