Adamas Fine Jewelry seeks a customer-focused retail associate to enhance the showroom experience in the greater Boston area. You will engage clients, discuss design options, and help guide purchases, while coordinating with the team to deliver exceptional service.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, accurate jewelry appraisal support, and efficient showroom operations in a close-knit store. Prior retail jewelry exposure is a plus, and a strong work ethic is expected.

Mansioni

• Open/close showroom daily and manage displays.
• Assist customers in jewelry design and purchases.
• Evaluate and appraise jewelry when appropriate.
• Assess repair needs and provide pricing estimates.
• Maintain and secure inventory and showroom appearance.
• Answer calls, texts, and emails; schedule appointments.
• Support owners with day-to-day tasks; assist with social media content.
