Brilliant Earth in Pasadena, CA is seeking a Sales Associate (Jewelry Consultant) to guide customers through purchases in-person and virtually. You will help clients select jewelry, manage inquiries by phone, email, and live chat, and ensure a memorable luxury shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through purchasing decisions during appointments and walk-ins.
• Manage high volume of inquiries via email, chat, and phone while meeting revenue targets.
• Greet and assist customers in the buying process to create a personalized experience.
• Support post-sale needs such as re-sizing, exchanges, and curbside/pick-up inquiries.
• Confirm showroom appointments by calling customers and answering questions.
• Monitor customer feedback to improve sales performance and service quality.
• Enforce showroom policies for safety and security of staff and guests.
• Open and close the showrooms and waiting area as needed.
• Utilize ERP system to track tasks and coordinate cross-functionally.
• Act as a brand advocate for Brilliant Earth's mission and sustainable jewelry.
