Leap boutique on Newbury St is seeking dynamic sales associates to deliver exceptional in-store experiences and drive customer satisfaction. Open roles include part-time and full-time positions, with opportunities to support multiple brands within our portfolio.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment, builds brand loyalty, and can handle opening/closing duties and keyholder responsibilities when needed. Hourly pay ranges from $18 to $20.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail with high-end clientele expectations.
• Willingness to work flexible days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Energetic, professional and able to balance priorities on the floor.
