Qualifications

• Proven experience creating social media content for fashion or luxury brands.
• Strong video filming and editing skills.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut.
• Strong photography and visual content skills.
• Ability to generate original concepts without constant direction.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
• Attention to lighting, framing, storytelling through video.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Leadership and team coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and creation of daily/weekly content for Oscar Stone.
• Develop creative ideas for videos, reels, photos, promotions, campaigns.
• Film and edit high-quality short-form videos for social platforms.
• Create jewelry-focused content: new arrivals, custom pieces, education, BTS.
• Direct employees in videos and help them feel comfortable on camera.
• Review social media performance and identify engaging content.
• Coordinate content shoots across Oscar Stone locations as needed.
• Develop a consistent visual style and brand voice.
• Organize and maintain video, photo, and digital content files.
• Partner with management, sales, and marketing to prioritize promotions.
