Job summary

Jet Aviation in San Juan, PR is seeking a Line & Ramp Services Agent to support aircraft ground operations and guest services. The role is on-site at our FBO, with a dynamic schedule and competitive hourly pay of $14.00–$15.00 plus a bonus up to 5% of annual salary.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, basic English skills, and a strong safety mindset. Prior ramp or mechanical experience is preferred, and candidates must be able to work outdoors and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Basic English communication skills (B1 level or above).
• Customer service mindset and courteous attitude expected.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a dynamic schedule.
• Responsible and reliable with strong work ethic.
• Willingness to perform outdoor, active ramp duties.
• Experience with mechanical tasks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely handling aircraft ground operations including fueling, towing, marshalling, and ground support.
• Assist passengers and crews with luggage, transportation and amenities.
• Maintain facilities, equipment and supplies to high safety and cleanliness standards.
• Support a safety-first culture by following procedures and reporting hazards.
