Job summary

RH Gallery seeks a luxury client experience ambassador to assess design needs, educate clients on RH Interior Design services, and collaborate with the design team to deliver curated solutions and exceptional client experiences.

The role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales, and representing RH lifestyle through professionalism and product expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience in a design firm or luxury retail preferred.
• Education or experience in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design preferred.
• People- and relationship-driven, highly organized, and results-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with Mac OS, iOS, Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs, maneuver around the Gallery, and travel locally or out of state; licensed to drive preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a luxury client experience through product expertise and elevated service.
• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services.
• Own the client experience from initial contact through delivery and installation.
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and achieve fiscal goals.
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery and represent the brand professionally.
