Qualifications

• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred.
• Art, Architecture or Interior Design and relevant experience preferred.
• People and relationship driven; strategic and mentally agile.
• Highly organized; collaborative and results oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient with Mac OS, iOS, Microsoft Office and Google Apps.

Responsibilities

• Live RH vision, values and beliefs in daily interactions.
• Provide luxury service with product expertise and elevated client care.
• Qualify and educate clients on RH Interior Design services.
• Own all phases of the client experience from contact to delivery.
• Grow and maintain a strong RH client base; achieve fiscal goals.
• Represent RH lifestyle brand with professionalism and presentation.
• Support gallery visuals and quality standards.
