RH is seeking a Design Consultant to deliver luxury service and product expertise to walk-in clients in the RH Gallery. You will collaborate with RH Interior Design to meet client needs, build relationships, and elevate service standards.

The role emphasizes ownership of the client experience from first contact to delivery, with a strong focus on growing a loyal client base and upholding RH brand standards in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Experience within a Design firm or luxury retail is preferred.
• Art, Architecture or Interior Design background preferred.
• People- and relationship-driven with strategic thinking.
• Highly organized and collaborative with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Live RH Vision, Values and Beliefs daily.
• Provide luxury service through product expertise and elevated service.
• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services.
• Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery.
• Grow and maintain a strong client base.
• Ensure fiscal goals are achieved.
• Represent the RH lifestyle brand through communication, personal appearance and professionalism.
• Maintain a strong interest in the luxury and Design industry.
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery.
