RH Interior Design in the St. Louis Gallery seeks an Interior Design Consultant to deliver a luxury client experience, guiding walk-in and booked clientele from initial contact through product delivery.

The role owns the client journey, builds and maintains a strong client base, and upholds gallery visual and quality standards. Requirements include experience in a design firm or high-end luxury retail, a background in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design, and strong verbal and written

Qualifications

• Experience in a design firm or high-end luxury retail preferred.
• Background in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, collaborative, strategic, and results-oriented.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and prolonged standing.
• Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state.

Responsibilities

• Provide a luxury experience for clientele through product expertise and elevated service
• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
• Manage all phases of the client experience from initial contact to delivery
• Collaborate with RH Interior Design to ensure client needs are met
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and meet sales goals
• Support gallery visual merchandising and quality standards
• Represent the RH brand through professional appearance and communication
