Southall is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure exceptional cleanliness across the property and oversee Rooms and Public Areas teams. You will lead pre-shift meetings, coordinate assignments, and coach staff to uphold Southall’s standards while maintaining a welcoming guest experience.

The role requires knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment handling, and the ability to support Rooms Leadership with organizational tasks as needed. Weekend/evening availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous laundry or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficiently to communicate with guests and team members.

Responsabilités

• Inspect guest rooms, suites, cottages, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and standards.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings and coordinate opening procedures and operations.
• Oversee work assignments, monitor progress, and provide coaching as needed.
• Develop knowledge of room types, layouts, and configurations and uphold cleanliness expectations.
• Communicate clearly with guests, team members, and leadership in a welcoming manner.
• Mentor housekeeping team members to foster a positive, service-focused environment.
