The Maybourne Beverly Hills is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead room attendants and housepersons, ensuring the highest cleanliness across all areas. You will inspect rooms, coach staff, manage supplies, and report performance to management to support luxury service delivery.

Requirements include supervisory experience in a luxury hotel, a High School Diploma, fluency in English, and strong organizational and communication skills. This is an on-site, full-time role with company benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising housekeeping in a luxury hotel or similar upscale setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent vocational training.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
• Knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations and cost controls such as labor and expenses.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly inspect areas to provide feedback on cleanliness against standards.
• Lead and motivate the housekeeping team with guidance and training.
• Oversee cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Maintain storage areas clean and organized; manage linen and supply distribution.
• Report maintenance issues and housekeeping performance to management.
• Ensure doors to rooms are secured and policies are followed as instructed.
