Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of housekeeping team members.
• Conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces.
• Monitor progress and reassign duties based on occupancy and workflow.
• Communicate room status and issues with Front Office and Engineering in real time.
• Lead pre-shift briefings to review arrivals, VIPs, group blocks, and safety topics.
• Train and coach staff in cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and Forbes standards.
