Job summary

The Omni Homestead Resort & Spa in Hot Springs, VA seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee guestrooms, public areas, back of house and landings to meet Omni four star/four diamond standards. The candidate will inspect cleaning and servicing and ensure attendants have linens and supplies.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of supervisory/coordinating experience in housekeeping.
• Ability to maintain 4-diamond level cleanliness standards.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Professional business appearance, attitude and performance.

Responsibilities

• Assign special projects as directed by the Director of Housekeeping.
• Report any needed repairs or discrepancies of guest rooms.
• Ensure that all Guest Room Attendants have appropriate supplies and linens.
• Assist in the cleaning of guest rooms when necessary.
• Assist in processing AM and PM room status reports.
• Maintain a neat and organized linen cart and stock.
