Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills is seeking a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to ensure every guest room meets the highest standards by leading Room Attendants and Housemen on the floors, and by conducting detailed inspections.

The ideal candidate brings at least one year of related experience, strong supervisory and training skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in MS Office and property management systems such as Opera and HotSOS.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience or related work.
• Good communication and written skills are essential.
• Strong training and supervisory skill are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all guest rooms meet the highest standards as set by Four Seasons Hotels.
• Keep all linen closets neat, cleaned and stocked.
• Inspect rooms daily, including check-out and make-up rooms for cleanliness and to ensure rooms are defect free.
• Inspect all VIP rooms prior to guest arrival.
• Report to the Housekeeping Coordinator any maintenance deficiencies that require immediate attention and follow up on their status.
• Ensure that all vacant/clean rooms and stay over rooms have an updated status.
• Ensure proper care and use of equipment, carts, baskets, cleaning and guest room supplies.
• Ensure that all Lost and Found items are promptly forwarded to the Lost and Found Department.
• Personally conduct training as required and on a regular basis.
• Monitor the implementation and progress of training programs on their effectiveness.
• Regularly conduct and evaluate performance reviews.
• Report any loss or damage to furniture, fixtures, or equipment on guest floors to the Assistant Director of Housekeeping.
