The role requires substantial experience in high-end settings, focusing on leadership and operational excellence. Competitive salary of $90,000 to $120,000, with bonuses and benefits including health insurance and generous PTO. Relocation assistance is also available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive housekeeping management experience in high-end vacation rentals, luxury resorts, or 5-star hotels.
• Experience in a luxury setting, with accommodations like villas, cabins, or extended-stay luxury suites.
• Proven success managing budgets and vendors with cost control measures.

Responsabilités

• Lead, recruit, onboard, and continuously develop a high-standards housekeeping team.
• Develop, implement, and uphold comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Oversee daily operations and create efficient cleaning schedules.
