Four Seasons Hotels Limited in Nashville seeks a House Attendant to maintain flawless guest room presentation and public areas. This role supports the Housekeeping team by stocking linens and amenities on guest floors and ensuring clean, well-organized spaces throughout the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Support the Housekeeping team by ensuring guest room supplies, linens, and amenities are fully stocked on guest floors.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest corridors, service areas, storage rooms, stairwells, and linen closets.
• Remove trash, soiled linens, and debris from guest floors and Housekeeping areas.
• Assist Room Attendants with moving furniture, mattresses, rollaway beds, cribs, and other heavy items as needed.
• Deliver guest-requested items promptly and professionally, including cribs, rollaway beds, irons, and ironing boards.
• Report maintenance concerns in guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces through designated systems and notify Housekeeping leadership when appropriate.
• Assist with responsibilities and duties during high business volume or in the absence of Lobby Attendants and Room Attendants.
• Help create exceptional guest experiences by responding promptly to requests and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service.
