Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our Housekeeping team as Public Area Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping all residential common areas and administrative areas clean and well stocked in accordance with Four Seasons standards.

The role requires detail‑oriented individuals who can work independently, maintain a high standard of cleanliness and deliver courteous, proactive guest service across lobby, corridors and back‑of‑house

Qualifications

• Detail‑Oriented and Organizational Skills.
• Previous Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all residential and public areas—washrooms, lobby, corridors, elevators, and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Anticipate and respond to resident needs with genuine care and deliver personalized service.
• Provide courteous and friendly assistance to residents and guests while ensuring spaces remain welcoming and well‑maintained.
