Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring a Hospitality Valet Attendant for luxury hotels, resorts and events. You will greet guests, safely park and retrieve vehicles, and deliver high-quality guest service with energy and professionalism.

This on-site role emphasizes active outdoor work, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards. Compensation ranges from $13.00 to $20.00+ per hour after tips, with opportunities for base pay and market variations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; customer service experience preferred; customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor is mandatory.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; pass a background check; no special certifications necessary.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle inspections and documenting parking locations on tickets.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while following safety protocols.
• Maintain attendance and proper timekeeping; clock in/out for shifts and report tips.
• Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Provide exceptional guest service and teamwork; support colleagues and celebrate team accomplishments.
• Arrive on time, in full uniform, groomed, and adhere to PMC standards.
• Attend staff meetings and complete training modules on time.
