Bellevue Club Hotel in Bellevue, WA seeks a friendly Turndown Attendant to deliver the nightly turndown service with care and consistency. The role supports housekeeping and guest comfort, with shifts mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Prior hotel experience is preferred but training is available; strong communication and guest-service skills are essential to create a welcoming, luxurious guest experience in a premier Eastside property.

Responsibilities

• Assist Housekeeping with turndown service for up to 67 rooms.
• Remove bedspreads and arrange pillows; place breakfast menu on pillow.
• Fill carafe with water and place on nightstand with glasses.
• Place shoe bag on top of bench and tidy room.
• Turn on lights and TV; ensure bed and fabrics are arranged neatly.
• Restock towels and amenities; clean sinks, tubs, and showers.
• Deliver towels and guest room needs upon request.
• Check/organize/restock housekeeping supplies on each floor.
