Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge (Micros or other POS systems).
• Must be of minimum legal age to serve alcohol if required by state law.
• Food handling certificate and TIPS certificate required.
• Knowledge of food and wine is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests by name and acknowledge after seating.
• Know ingredients, preparation, and presentation of menu items; ensure quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in work areas and equipment.
• Take orders on Micros, present checks, and process payments.
• Communicate with kitchen about menu questions, wait times and availability.
