Westin San Antonio North is seeking a friendly and attentive Server to provide guests with exceptional service in our upscale restaurant setting. You will take orders, input into POS, deliver meals and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction while adhering to safety and service standards.

Ideal candidates are team players with strong communication, the ability to carry trays up to 30lbs, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Must be a team player and support coworkers.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to carry large trays up to 30lbs throughout shift.
• Basic knowledge of food/beverage service and menu items.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner and explain specials.
• Record orders, repeat to guests for accuracy.
• Input orders into POS and inform kitchen of details.
• Deliver orders to guests with condiments and smiles.
• Replenish beverages and check overall satisfaction.
• Present checks promptly and process payments.
