Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is seeking a Temporary Full Time Server Assistant with a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. You will stock and maintain dining serviceware, greet guests professionally, and assist in transporting beverages with a tray while upholding Four Seasons standards.

Minimum 1 year in food service is preferred, luxury hotel experience is a plus, and there are benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, and onsite perks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in food service or related work preferred.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.

Responsibilities

• Stock linen, china, silver, and glassware for service ensuring that all are polished and in good condition.
• Greet guests in a professional manner, serve beverages while explaining contents and anticipate/service the guests before requests are made.
• Preparation of condiment and garnish items.
• Assist with guest service including retrieving drinks from the bar using a tray and safely transporting them to the guest as well as removal from the table.
• Breakdown, clean and set up tables, chairs, menus.
