Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina on Oahu’s sunny western coast is seeking a Temporary Full Time Server Assistant with a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. You’ll work in a rooftop setting with panoramic Pacific views and support service—stocking linen and glassware, greeting guests, and assisting the bar team as needed.

Applicants should have at least 1 year in food service; luxury hotel experience is a plus, and the ability to carry a tray is essential.

• Ability to carry and balance a tray.

Responsibilities

• Stock linen, china, silver, and glassware for service ensuring that all are polished and in good condition.
• Greet guests in a professional manner, serve beverages while explain the contents and anticipate/service the guests before request are made.
• Preparation of condiment and garish items.
• Assistance with guest service including retrieving drinks from the bar using a tray and safely transporting them to the guest as well as removal from the table.
• Breakdown, clean and set up tables, chairs, menus.

Located on the Resort’s rooftop with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Five-One-Six promises an unforgettable experience where guests can enjoy signature cocktails against the backdrop of stunning ocean and sunset views. It's an ideal spot to enjoy sunset cocktails before dinner.

What you will do:

Pay : $19.12 per hour

Schedule: 5 days per week, 40 hours. This is a temporary full-time assignment starting at 3 months with the possibility of extension based on the business need of the Resort. With the benefits of a regular full time Four Seasons employee
