Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years in a senior leadership role within luxury hospitality.
• Experience overseeing pre-opening, capital planning, and asset management.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish; strong presentation and stakeholder communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and full accountability for hotel and residential operations.
• Lead pre-opening activities, recruitment, training, systems implementation, and vendor selection.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue strategy.
• Build owner relationships and report to ownership with strategic insights.
