The Vineta Hotel in Palm Beach is seeking a Public Relations & Marketing Manager to drive our brand through luxury hospitality, digital marketing, and guest engagement initiatives. You will lead campaigns, partnerships, and content creation while ensuring consistent brand voice across materials and platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality marketing preferred.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills in English.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, paid social, CRM, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of The Vineta marketing, communications, public relations, digital marketing, social media, partnerships, and community engagement strategies.
• Implement initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, drive guest engagement, enhance the hotel’s reputation, and support commercial goals.
• Maintain brand standards across print, digital, social media, and on-property communications.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, packages, and seasonal initiatives to support revenue objectives.
• Assist in developing collateral, advertisements, presentations, promotional materials, and guest communications.
• Coordinate press stays, media itineraries, photography sessions, interviews, and media events.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare regular press recap reports.
• Support award submissions, industry recognitions, and hotel listings to increase brand visibility.
• Support planning and execution of events to strengthen The Vineta Hotel’s presence in Palm Beach.
