Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a commercial painter.
• Flexible availability including weekends, nights and holidays.
• Ability to work interior and exterior of hotel.
• Attention to detail is important.

Responsibilities

• Maintains (paint, wallpaper, plaster, etc.) all public areas and guest rooms.
• Keep the hotel decor in good condition.
• Clean all work areas after completing job.
• Fill out Daily Work form.
• Understand Omni's fire alarm procedures and emergencies.
• Understand Omni Hotel rules and regulations.
