Faena New York is seeking a driven Marketing Coordinator to join our on‑property team. This role supports marketing initiatives across the hotel’s accommodations, dining, wellness, entertainment and experiences, coordinating campaigns and content with the Senior Marketing Manager and Director of Sales & Marketing.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, bringing strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for luxury hospitality and brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with event coordination and social media marketing is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Develop and review content for website, email, social media, and brand communications.
• Support website updates, email campaigns, social media, and CRM initiatives.
• Assist with events, brand activations, media visits, and partnerships.
• Track campaign performance and guest engagement for monthly reporting.
• Coordinate digital and printed marketing materials and assets.
• Collaborate with Sales, PR, Brand Marketing, Operations, F&B, Spa, and other departments.
• Assist with agency/vendor relations and budget tracking.
• Provide administrative support to the Senior Marketing Manager and Director.
